Why I Built This

I've spent close to 30 years practicing medicine — mainly neurology, along with hospice and palliative care, and a year of general internal medicine early on. In all that time, the part of the job that never got easier was the paperwork: DME justification letters, letters of medical necessity, prior authorizations, disability forms. The clinical reasoning behind them takes seconds to think through. Writing them up in the format each payer or agency wants takes twenty minutes you don't have.

AnyMedicalForm.com started as a tool built for my own practice, working alongside my daughter. The idea was simple: dictate the clinical picture the way you'd say it out loud to a colleague, and let the software handle the formatting — DME letters, consult notes, SOAP notes, appeals, letters to patients' families, and dozens of other document types — without ever touching a template picker if you don't want to.

Every draft is built strictly from what you actually dictated — nothing invented, nothing assumed. It's not a substitute for your clinical judgment, and it's not a replacement for reviewing and signing off on what goes out under your name. It's the twenty minutes back.
